All products and services sold by KiwandaKiwanda (hereinafter referred to as "this site") are subject to the following terms of sale.
Products purchased on this site are sold directly by Kiwanda Co., Ltd.
Kiwanda Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "our company") provides product sales and e-commerce service development on this site only for "end consumers".
"End Consumers" means persons for commercial purposes and purposes that are not related to any commercial activity.
Based on the above, we reserve the right to refuse to process orders from other than "end consumers" and orders that do not comply with the training policy stipulated in these Terms of Sale.

Article 1 Price
1. All prices shown in the product list exclude tax. Please note that this price does not include shipping.
2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price at the time the customer completes the purchase procedure of the product will be charged according to the inventory.

By validating your order on the Internet, we will assume that you have unconditionally agreed to the terms and conditions of sale presented by this site.

Article 3 Inventory
Products will be provided according to stock.
We pay close attention to inventory management, but due to the fact that we also sell at physical stores, there may be cases where inventory is lacking.
In rare cases, when multiple customers purchase the same product at the same time, an error may occur in the inventory quantity.
If there is a problem with inventory after you place your order, we will notify you by email or phone.
Regarding the number of stock, the number is limited.
Please note that, except for some products, we basically do not reproduce or restock on this site.
In addition, this site does not take any responsibility for out of stock.

You can delete items or correct quantities in your cart.

Please use the password you set yourself.
Please keep your password in a safe place by yourself so as not to provide it to a third party.
All purchases made with the registered ID shall be deemed to have been made by the customer himself/herself.
If your password or ID is misused, lost or stolen, please notify us immediately.
Article 5 Delivery
The product will be delivered to the delivery address you entered when placing your order.
Delivery will be by Sagawa Express, eco-delivery, Yamato Nekoposu (up to 3 socks, 2 thick socks) or Yamato cash on delivery.
(Depending on the shipping company, depending on the region, there may be cases of delivery under the name of a partner shipping company)
We do not accept online orders for store delivery.
In that case, please contact the directly managed store by phone or email for the desired product.
The shipping fee will be uniform nationwide.
Shipping is free for purchases over 11,000 yen including tax.
We will email you the tracking number for your parcel after it has been shipped.
However, for Yamato Nekoposu, it will be posted by post, so we will inform you of the tracking number, but we do not guarantee delivery.
Therefore, if the customer makes a mistake with the shipping address, we cannot take any responsibility, so please be aware of this before choosing the shipping method.
If you do not receive the item within 2 weeks after placing your order, please contact us by email or phone.
Please be sure to check the contents when you receive the product.
If there is something wrong with the contents (packaging or product damage), please check the inquiry number on the shipping slip and contact us.

Article 7 About returns and exchanges
We will thoroughly inspect the product before sending it to the customer.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or wrong product, we will bear all shipping costs and promptly exchange the product.
Please note that as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the convenience of the customer.
In the exceptional case of such correspondence, all shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

The deadline for returning or exchanging products is within 6 days after arrival.
