Nekoposu Nationwide 385 yen (tax included)

*Thickness up to 2 cm, A4 size is possible, it will be treated as a postal item and will be posted by post. We will not be held responsible if the package does not arrive due to an incorrect delivery address, etc.

*You can choose up to 3 thin socks and 2 thick socks, or if you choose more than that, or if you choose something other than socks such as tights, it will be invalid.

Delivery period

In principle, we will ship within 3 days from the date of order.

*Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays are not included.

*There may be delays due to a rush of orders or backorders.

*In the case of convenience store payment, the count will start from the date of payment.

*Please check the estimated delivery days on each delivery company's website.

Packaging

■All purchased products will be carefully wrapped and delivered.

■If you wish to have the price erased for a gift, etc., please indicate so in the order memo.

■Please note that if you choose Nekoposu, we may omit the wrapping due to the nature of the package.



Confirmation of shipment

After the item has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number for your package to your registered email address.

Please note that we cannot accept changes to the delivery address after shipment.



Long-term Absence / Refusal to Pick Up

■If you are absent, please follow the delivery company's absence slip before the storage deadline. Please ask the shipping company to redeliver.

■If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be automatically returned to us and will be treated as a cancellation at that point.

■We will refer to the registered information as it is before shipping.

■A separate shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery of returned items.

■If you refuse to receive the item, it will be canceled without contacting us.

■Please note that future transactions may be refused according to our company's standards regarding refusal of receipt.
